“[Standards] are strategic tools that reduce costs by minimizing waste and errors and increasing productivity,” ISO wrote in its website.
PNTC Colleges has been certified as a school, which develops and provides training courses in accordance to ISO9001:2008 code.

It should also “aim to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.”
The latest certification recognized PNTC Colleges “specifically in basic and advanced safety, security, tanker, simulator, medical and watchkeeping, among many others, in accordance with the Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping (STCW) code, as amended by the Philippine Maritime Administration Regulations.”
Vice President for Administration Ms. Circe Concepcion cited the contribution of all PNTC staff for the school’s success, especially the Quality Control Management (QCM) team.
“We did it! The management would like to congratulate and thank all PNTC Colleges training department, and administrative employees in Cavite and in Manila,” Concepcion said.
QCM staff Fides Amigleo shared, “we even went to work on Sundays with sleepless nights just to reach our goal. Now, hard work has paid off.”
“I’m very proud to hear this news, after bearing those stressful days,” added QCM’s Roxas Sadio.
“Thank you very much to all PNTC employees for the help and support,” QCM’s Regine Venzon said.
